Established in 1998 by visionary entrepreneur George Williams, Magna Machining, Inc. was born out of a desire to revolutionize the manufacturing industry. Meet the team

Angela Williams - General Manager

Angela oversees the daily operations and long-term direction of the company. As General Manager, she manages everything from production planning and sales to financial oversight and team leadership, ensuring the entire operation runs efficiently and stays focused on delivering quality work for customers.

With hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining, Angela understands the technical side of the business as well as the operational side. That practical knowledge allows her to bridge the gap between the shop floor and the front office, keeping projects moving smoothly from quote to completion.

Angela is committed to continuous improvement, efficient processes, and maintaining the high standards that customers rely on.

Shane Moses - Production Manager

Shane keeps the production floor running smoothly and efficiently. As Production Manager, he oversees scheduling, workflow, and day-to-day operations to ensure every job moves through the shop accurately and on time.

With a strong focus on organization and problem-solving, Shane works closely with the machinists and programming team to remove bottlenecks and keep production on track. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure that every part leaving the shop meets the high standards our customers expect.

Jean Davis - Quality Manager

Jean oversees the quality control process to ensure every part produced meets the strict standards our customers expect. As Quality Manager, she manages inspections, verifies specifications, and maintains the systems that keep our production accurate and consistent.

With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of measurement and verification, Jean works closely with the production team to catch issues early and maintain precision throughout the manufacturing process. Her commitment to accuracy helps ensure that every job leaving our shop meets the highest level of quality and reliability.

Ryan Hogle– Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

Ryan is the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring clear communication from the moment a job begins until it ships out the door. She manages order updates, answers customer questions about timelines, and keeps everyone informed on the status of their projects.

In addition to customer communication, Ryan coordinates logistics and shipping to make sure finished parts arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there. By working closely with the production team, she helps keep expectations aligned and deliveries on schedule.
